All Independent Commissions established under the Schedule of the Article 41B of the Constitution, shall forward to Parliament a report of its activities, including exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions for each calendar year. The Committee shall consider the annual reports and shall have the power to summon the Chairpersons, members and officials of the Commissions in the exercise of its duties.
